Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving.
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide personal care services, including support with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Willingness and ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and foster strong relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.
  • Capability to use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App on a device that supports the latest version of iOS or Android.

Job Type and Schedule:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Shifts may include Monday to Friday, as well as weekends.
