Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay: $15.25 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.25 to $16 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Livonia, MI, is generally below the national average for caregiver roles, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In Michigan, caregivers often earn around $15 to $18 per hour, with higher wages available in urban areas or for specialized care roles. While this pay range is somewhat competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced professionals, especially given the rising demand for caregivers and increasing cost of living in many areas. Therefore, while the rate may effectively fill immediate openings, it could be less appealing for long-term staffing unless accompanied by additional benefits or incentives.
