Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $16.50 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in New Hudson, MI, is relatively competitive but may be slightly on the lower end compared to national averages for caregiver roles. As of 2023, caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $14 to $20 per hour, with many factors influencing pay such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While the offered rate aligns with entry-level positions and may attract applicants willing to start in the field, those with more experience or specialized skills might expect higher compensation, indicating a potential challenge in attracting more qualified candidates at this pay scale.
