Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Pataskala, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a caregiver position in Pataskala, OH, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job requirements. In Ohio, caregiver wages can vary by region, but the offered rate is generally on the lower end of the spectrum, especially considering the increasing demand for personal care services and the rising cost of living. Therefore, while this rate may attract some candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled workers or appeal to those with more experience or qualifications in the caregiving field.
