Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Columbus, OH, is on the lower end of the wage spectrum for this role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers and personal care aides in Ohio typically ranges from $13 to $18, depending on experience, specific duties, and the employer. While the proposed rate may be appealing for entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive for experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills, particularly in a market where demand for such roles has been increasing. Therefore, this pay range may limit the attractiveness of the position to potential applicants looking for sustainable compensation in line with industry norms.
