Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Pinckney, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $16.5 for a Caregiver position in Pinckney, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to industry standards, caregiver wages can vary widely depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and geographic location, but in Michigan, typical hourly rates often range from $15 to $20, with some employers offering more for specialized care or experience. Considering the growing demand for caregivers and the increased cost of living in many parts of the state, this rate may be seen as less competitive, particularly for those with certifications or extensive experience. Overall, while it may attract candidates seeking immediate employment, it may not retain them long-term without competitive compensation or additional benefits.
