Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Romulus, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.50 for the “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Romulus, MI, falls slightly below the national average for caregivers, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job demands. In Michigan, caregiver wages can vary, but prevailing rates generally hover around the state average, reflecting local living costs and demand for caregiving services. Thus, while this pay range may attract candidates, it could be considered less competitive compared to other regions or employers offering more robust compensation, highlighting a potential challenge in attracting skilled caregivers in a competitive job market.
