Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” role in Columbus, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for this position. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Ohio typically range from about $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job requirements. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or roles in smaller agencies, it falls short when compared to more experienced caregivers or those working in better-funded facilities. Overall, while the rate is somewhat aligned with the state’s minimum wage and may attract individuals new to the field, it may struggle to retain experienced talent or attract candidates looking for a more competitive wage.
