Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Washington, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/Med Tech” role in Washington, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. Med Techs, who administer medications and may have additional training, often command higher pay. While $15 may attract candidates seeking entry-level positions or those with less experience, it may struggle to retain more qualified professionals in a competitive labor market, particularly given the rising wage trends in healthcare and caregiver roles.
