This is a part-time position, requiring availability from 4 PM to 8 PM, with every other weekend being mandatory. Please note that we do not offer midnight shifts at this facility. Entry-level caregivers will start at a competitive rate of $15 per hour. In this role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
– Assisting residents with care needs, including but not limited to dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
– Administering medications in accordance with physician orders.
– Performing light housekeeping as necessary.
– Engaging with residents to encourage participation within the community.
– Maintaining cleanliness in the living environment, which includes light housekeeping duties.
– Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions to supervision promptly.
– Completing all required documentation and charting accurately.
– Communicating professionally with families, support services, and colleagues.
– Assisting fellow team members with their responsibilities.
– Complying with all health and safety standards, including infection control protocols.
– Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
