Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Ferndale, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/Med Tech” position in Ferndale, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard for this role, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. Factors like the cost of living in the area, the demand for healthcare workers, and the level of skill required for Med Tech duties can influence pay rates. While some entry-level positions may start at lower rates, $15 may not attract sufficient qualified candidates amid rising wages in the healthcare sector, thus making it less competitive in the current job market.
