Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver/Med Tech position in Fraser, MI, is somewhat below the average wage for similar roles in the region. Typically, Caregivers and Med Technicians earn between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living and demand for healthcare workers may influence these rates. Consequently, while $15 per hour may be appealing for entry-level positions or as a starting wage, it could potentially hinder the organization’s ability to attract and retain qualified professionals in a competitive job market.
