Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/MedTech” position in Livonia, MI, appears to be below the industry standard for this role. As of 2023, caregivers and medical technicians in Michigan generally earn between $15 and $20 per hour, with varying salaries influenced by experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. In the broader context of the healthcare and caregiving sectors, the median wage for similar positions in suburban regions of Detroit often exceeds $15, reflecting a competitive job market that leans toward higher compensation to attract and retain skilled workers. Therefore, while this rate may be on the lower end, it may not effectively draw qualified candidates in a competitive labor environment.
