At Home Instead, you will take on the role of a Care Professional (CarePro), where we honor and respect each individual for their unique contributions. Your day will involve traveling to the homes of clients, with tasks tailored to their needs. Job responsibilities may include light housekeeping, companionship, accompanying clients on outings, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Importantly, you will not be required to perform skilled nursing tasks. You will be supported by a senior care manager at each client’s home for your initial visit, ensuring you are never alone during your first engagement.
