We currently have openings for midnight shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM. All new hires will begin as caregivers, with opportunities for advancement as a Med Tech through our comprehensive training program.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

– Assisting residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping.
– Adhering to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating these to a supervisor.
– Administering medications and injections based on medical charts.
– Following scheduled routines to assist residents with repositioning.
– Documenting medications per established procedures.
– Employing sound judgment in providing care and ensuring safety.
– Supporting fellow team members in their duties.
– Completing all necessary documentation and charting.
– Responding to call lights to assess resident needs.
– Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents during meals.
– Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements for this position include:
