Currently, we have shifts available during the midnight hours, from 10 PM to 6 AM. We prioritize internal advancement, beginning all staff in caregiver roles while providing the necessary training to become a Med Tech.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Maintaining a clean living environment, which may involve light housekeeping duties.
• Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Assessing changes in residents’ conditions and communicating these findings immediately to a supervisor.
• Administering medications and injections according to medical charts.
• Following schedules and assisting residents with repositioning.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of medications.
• Exercising sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
• Supporting team members in their duties.
• Completing all required documentation and charting.
• Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
• Assisting with meal trays and helping residents with eating, as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend is required.
