Currently, we have openings for midnight shifts, from 10 PM to 6 AM. We offer a clear path for career progression, starting with the caregiver role and providing training to advance to a Medication Technician position.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping.
– Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Assessing changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating these to your supervisor.
– Administering medications and injections to residents as per medical directives.
– Following scheduled tasks, including assisting residents with repositioning.
– Documenting medication administration according to established procedures.
– Exercising sound judgment in providing client care and ensuring resident safety.
– Collaborating with team members to complete their duties effectively.
– Completing all required documentation and charting.
– Responding to call lights to assess and meet residents’ needs.
– Assisting with meal tray delivery and supporting residents during meals.
– Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:
– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
