Currently, we have overnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM. We prioritize growth and development, as all new hires start as caregivers and can be trained to advance to a Med Tech position.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
  • Maintaining cleanliness within the environment, which may involve light housekeeping duties.
  • Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
  • Monitoring and assessing any changes in residents’ conditions, promptly communicating with supervisors as necessary.
  • Administering medications and injections to residents in accordance with medical charts.
  • Following schedules and assisting residents with repositioning.
  • Documenting medications following established procedures.
  • Exercising sound judgment to ensure client care and safety.
  • Collaborating with team members to support their duties.
  • Completing all required documentation and charting.
  • Attending to resident needs based on call lights.
  • Assisting with meal trays and supporting residents during mealtimes.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
