We currently have midnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM. All new hires begin as caregivers, with opportunities for training to advance to Med Tech roles.
As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transfer in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the environment, which may include light housekeeping duties.
- Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols.
- Assessing changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating with supervisors.
- Administering medications and injections according to medical charts.
- Following schedules to assist residents with repositioning as needed.
- Documenting medication administration accurately.
- Utilizing sound judgment in delivering client care and ensuring safety.
- Supporting other team members in their assigned tasks.
- Completing all required documentation and charting responsibilities.
- Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
- Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents during meal times.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
