We currently have openings for the midnight shift, from 10 PM to 6 AM. All new team members will start as caregivers with the potential for advancement to a Med Tech position through our training program.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
  • Maintaining a clean living environment, which may involve light housekeeping
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
  • Monitoring changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating with supervisors
  • Administering medications and injections as outlined in medical charts
  • Following scheduled routines and assisting residents with repositioning
  • Documenting medication administration accurately
  • Exercising good judgment in the provision of client care and safety
  • Supporting fellow team members in their responsibilities
  • Completing all required documentation and charting
  • Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs
  • Assisting with meal trays and supporting residents during meals
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work every other weekend
