Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
  • Encourage resident engagement within the community
  • Ensure cleanliness of the living environment through light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to supervisory staff
  • Complete all required documentation and charting
  • Maintain professional communication with families, coworkers, and support services
  • Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
