Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – PCA
Company: Professional Case Management
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay: $12 – 14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $14.50 for a “Caregiver – PCA” (Personal Care Assistant) role in Hamilton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay spectrum for this occupation. As of 2023, the national average hourly wage for PCAs typically ranges from $13 to $18, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with urban areas tending to offer higher rates. In Ohio, wages can vary, but many postings in similar regions indicate pay rates closer to $14 to $17 per hour. Therefore, while this range may be competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller markets, it may not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities associated with caregiving roles, potentially making it less appealing for experienced candidates.
