Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Quality Private Care
Location: Utica, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver role in Utica, MI, is relatively competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum. As of recent data, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $18 per hour in Michigan, with variations based on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. The average hourly wage for caregivers in the state is around $13 to $16, depending on factors such as the type of care provided (e.g., in-home, assisted living). While $15 aligns closely with the industry average, it may not fully account for the increasing demand for caregivers and rising living costs, which may necessitate higher wages for attracting and retaining talent in this essential sector.
