Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Quality Private Care
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver” position in Sterling Heights, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. Given the rising cost of living and the increasing demand for caregiving services, especially in-home care, a rate of $15 may struggle to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, this compensation may not be competitive in the current market, potentially leading to higher turnover rates and challenges in hiring.
