Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver role in Shelby Township, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities. In suburban areas like Shelby Township, rates can be influenced by demand and local cost of living, which may also suggest that $15 is below the average for higher-demand positions or those requiring specialized skills. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level roles, it does not align with the industry standards for more experienced caregivers or those with additional certifications.
