Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver role in Sterling Heights, MI, is below the typical industry standards. As of 2023, caregiver wages across the United States generally range from $12 to $20 per hour, with variations based on experience, certification, and the complexity of care required. In Michigan, particularly in metro areas like Sterling Heights, caregivers may expect to earn closer to $16-$20 per hour, reflecting both the demand for services and the state’s cost of living. Therefore, while $15 an hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it is not considered competitive for more experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills in this region.
