Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Senior Helpers
Location: Wilmington, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver in Wilmington, OH, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. Regionally, rates can vary, with larger cities commanding higher wages; however, for a smaller town like Wilmington, this rate may be more aligned with entry-level positions or lower-cost caregiving roles. Considering local living costs and competition from nearby areas, while $15 may attract candidates, it might not be competitive enough to retain experienced caregivers or attract those with specialized skills. Overall, it’s advisable for employers to reassess the pay structure to ensure it meets the market demand and fosters worker retention.
