Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Senior Helpers

Location: Wilmington, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver in Wilmington, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically range between $16 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. While local economic conditions and cost of living can influence wages, this rate might be considered low, particularly given the increasing demand for caregiver services due to an aging population. Additionally, it may be challenging to attract and retain qualified candidates at this pay level, especially when factoring in the demanding nature of caregiving work. Therefore, while $15 per hour may fulfill some immediate staffing needs, it may not be entirely competitive or sustainable in the long term.
