Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training
Company: The Oaks at Jamestown
Location: Muskegon, MI
Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for a “Caregiver/STNA In-training” role in Muskegon, MI, is relatively competitive, although it is slightly below the national average. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for caregivers ranges from approximately $15 to $20, depending on location, experience, and specific job responsibilities. Given that Muskegon is an area with a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, the offered rate may be considered acceptable; however, it might not fully attract candidates looking for better pay, especially as demand for nursing and caregiving roles has been rising. Overall, while the pay is in the general ballpark for entry-level roles, it could be enhanced to better attract talent in a competitive job market.
