Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for the “Caregiver/STNA In-training” position in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, caregiver wages can vary widely, but rates often range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. Given that Grand Rapids has a relatively low cost of living compared to larger cities, this pay may be slightly below competitive levels, particularly as the demand for healthcare workers and caregivers has escalated in recent years. Therefore, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or align with the rising expectations for compensation in the caregiving sector.
