Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly wage of $14.41 to $16.96 for a “Caregiver/STNA In-training” position in Wyoming, MI, appears to be competitive within the local labor market, albeit on the lower end for the caregiving sector. As of late 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan generally range from about $12 to $20 per hour, depending on specific duties, experience, and location, with some in-demand areas offering higher rates due to labor shortages. Given that this role involves training and may not require full certification yet, the lower end of this range may be expected; however, it may still be essential for employers to consider offering higher compensation or additional benefits to attract and retain talent, especially in an industry facing workforce challenges.

Job description:

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY:

Trilogy Health Services is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class! We provide comprehensive training at no cost while you work towards obtaining your State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification. As a candidate, you will be enrolled in the next available class as part of our state-certified nurse aide training program. This fast-paced program requires a commitment to full attendance during all scheduled sessions.

While you participate in the training, you will have the opportunity to work weekends at our nursing facility, allowing you to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the role. Upon successful completion of the program, all eligible candidates will be registered for the state licensing exam to obtain their STNA certification.

At Trilogy, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We find immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and offering their families peace of mind. Our work environment fosters camaraderie and strengthens our collective resolve to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Joining our team means embracing stability, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your growth. We are committed to creating a workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, making the challenging days easier and the rewarding aspects of caregiving even more fulfilling.

As a member of Trilogy, you can expect:

  • Competitive salaries with weekly pay
  • Wage increases every 90 days

  • Complimentary meals with every full shift
  • Shift differentials for both 8- and 12-hour shifts
  • Monthly employee recognition and celebrations
  • Education assistance programs
  • Access to free training programs
  • A fully vaccinated workforce, with accommodations available for medical or religious reasons
  • And much more!

At Trilogy, Nurse Aides fulfill essential responsibilities that align with those in similar positions elsewhere—but what truly distinguishes us is the deep commitment of our team members to serve with compassion and a collaborative spirit. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
