CLASS REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS! We provide complimentary training while you work towards obtaining your State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.

Trilogy Health Services is seeking motivated individuals to participate in our state-certified nurse aide training program and become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Candidates will be enrolled immediately in the next CNA class. This fast-paced program requires participants to commit to full attendance throughout the course. During the training sessions, candidates will also have the opportunity to work on weekends in our nursing facility, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Upon successfully completing all STNA requirements, participants will be eligible to register for the state licensing exam.

What We Are Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new skills and increasing your earnings through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
  • Providing general, non-certified assistance and services to residents
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transportation as needed
