Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Sunrise Senior Living
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $19.65 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $19.65 for a caregiver role in Troy, MI, is generally considered competitive and aligns closely with industry standards. Caregiver wages can vary based on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific duties involved, but in Michigan, average hourly rates typically range from $15 to $25. Given that Troy is a suburb of Detroit with higher living costs, this rate reflects a fair compensation for the responsibilities involved. Additionally, considering factors like demand for caregivers and local economic conditions, this rate may be seen as attractive to potential applicants.
