Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Sunrise Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19.65 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, the hourly rate of $19.65 for a caregiver role in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is slightly above the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. However, in Michigan, the average hourly wage for caregivers can vary based on factors like location, demand, and the level of care provided. In affluent areas like Bloomfield Hills, caregivers may command higher wages due to the cost of living and the potential for more specialized care needs. Overall, $19.65 appears to be competitive, especially if it includes additional benefits or opportunities for pay increases based on performance or tenure.
