Job Title: Caregiver up to $18/hr
Company: Visiting Angels
Location: Ravenna, OH
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a “Caregiver” role in Ravenna, OH, is generally considered competitive, especially when compared to national averages. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, caregiver salaries can vary widely based on factors like experience, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position. In Ohio, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on these factors. Therefore, $18 per hour falls within the upper tier of this range, making it attractive for applicants. However, it’s important to consider local cost of living and demand for caregivers, which can also influence how competitive this wage is in Ravenna specifically. Overall, this rate aligns well with industry standards and should be appealing to potential candidates seeking caregiving opportunities in the area.
