Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $16.50 for a caregiver position in Ypsilanti, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for this type of role. As of 2023, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and regional demand. In Michigan, rates may vary, but many caregivers are seeing offers closer to $17 to $23 per hour, especially for those with specialized skills or certifications. Therefore, while the rate offered may appeal to entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive enough to attract more experienced caregivers or those with additional certifications in the current labor market.
