Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.50 for a “Caregiver – Weekly Pay” role in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this position. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $17 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. While some entry-level positions may start around this rate, the demand for caregivers, particularly those with specialized skills or certifications, often commands higher wages, especially in urban areas like Ann Arbor. Therefore, while the offered rate may attract candidates seeking entry-level employment, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced professionals or meet the market’s rising wage expectations.
