Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Kilbourne, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a “Caregiver – Weekly Pay” role in Kilbourne, OH, is somewhat below the national average for caregiver positions, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced caregivers in smaller towns or rural areas like Kilbourne, it may not attract more experienced candidates seeking higher pay. Additionally, considering rising living costs and demand for caregivers due to an aging population, this salary may not align well with the expectations of many potential applicants in today’s job market.
