Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $16.50 for a “Caregiver – Weekly Pay” role in Ann Arbor, MI, is relatively competitive but may be slightly below industry standards for this position, depending on the specific duties and level of experience required. According to various salary surveys and local job listings as of late 2023, caregiver positions in Michigan generally range from $15 to $20 per hour, with those requiring specialized certifications or offering additional services often paying higher rates. In urban areas like Ann Arbor, the cost of living is higher, and employers may need to offer a more attractive compensation package to attract and retain qualified caregivers. Overall, while the pay is within the typical range, it may not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities expected in a caregiver role in this region.
