Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Groveport, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a caregiver position in Groveport, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. While wages can vary based on regional demand and cost of living, Ohio’s average hourly wage for caregivers generally hovers around the $15 mark. Additionally, considering factors like skill levels, certifications, and the complexity of care required, the offered rate may not be particularly competitive in attracting experienced caregivers. Overall, this pay range may limit the ability to hire qualified personnel in an increasingly competitive job market.
