Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Caregivers for Senior Living Community” in Taylor, MI, is generally considered below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. In Michigan, the average pay for caregivers can vary based on factors like location and demand, but many caregivers earn higher wages, often supplemented by benefits. Given the increasing demand for senior care workers and the associated responsibilities of the role, this rate may not be competitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified staff.
