Job Description
Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community
Company: Homestead
Location: Allen Park, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Caregivers for Senior Living Community” in Allen Park, MI, is generally on the lower end of the scale compared to industry standards. As of 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan typically range from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the position. Considering that Allen Park is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, which can have higher living costs, $15 may not be competitive enough to attract and retain qualified caregivers. Many employers might offer higher rates to account for things like shift differentials, benefits, or the physical and emotional demands of caregiving. Therefore, this rate may struggle to attract talent in a competitive job market for caregiving positions.
