Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for caregivers in a senior living community in Taylor, MI, can be considered on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. As of recent data, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific responsibilities associated with the role. In Taylor and surrounding areas, rates closer to $17-$20 are more common for positions that require skilled care or additional responsibilities. Therefore, while $15 per hour may attract some candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced caregivers or meet the growing demand for quality senior care in the region.
