Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Allen Park, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver for Senior Living Community” in Allen Park, MI, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and demand in the area. In Michigan, caregiving positions often see wages starting around $13 to $15 for entry-level roles, but experienced caregivers or those with specialized training can command higher rates. Considering cost of living and regional market conditions, the offered rate may not be competitive and could make it challenging to attract and retain qualified applicants, especially in a tight labor market.
