Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for caregivers in a senior living community in Taylor, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. Caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and the level of care required. Factors such as high demand for caregiving staff and the rising cost of living may influence competitive wages, suggesting that the offered rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, while $15 per hour is within the range for entry-level positions, it may not sufficiently incentivize experienced caregivers or meet the expectations of job seekers in the area.
