Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Allen Park, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver for Senior Living Community” in Allen Park, MI, is generally considered below the national average for this role, as caregivers in similar positions often earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and regional cost of living factors. In Michigan, particularly in urban areas like Allen Park, wages for caregivers tend to be higher due to demand and the rising cost of living, which places $15 at the lower end or even below the competitive range. Therefore, while this rate may attract some applicants, it may also limit attracting more experienced or qualified candidates who might seek higher compensation.
