Job Description
Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community
Company: Homestead
Location: Allen Park, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Caregiver for Senior Living Community” in Allen Park, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with averages leaning toward the higher end, particularly in urban areas where the cost of living is higher. Factors such as experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities can influence pay, but many facilities offer competitive rates to attract and retain qualified caregivers. Therefore, while $15 may meet minimum wage requirements, it may not be competitive enough to attract skilled workers in a region with increasing demand for senior care services.
