Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Allen Park, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for caregivers in a senior living community in Allen Park, MI, is on the lower end of the pay spectrum for this role, which typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While rates can vary based on local cost of living and demand, many caregivers in the region might expect higher wages, especially given recent trends towards increased compensation in the caregiving industry due to a growing demand for skilled workers. Thus, while $15 may attract some applicants, it is less competitive compared to industry standards and may lead to difficulties in recruitment and retention of quality staff.
