Job Description
Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community
Company: Homestead
Location: Taylor, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for caregivers in a senior living community in Taylor, MI is generally considered below the competitive market standard for this role. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the level of experience, training, and specific responsibilities involved. In regions with a higher cost of living or increased demand for skilled caregivers, rates can surpass $20 per hour. Additionally, many employers offer benefits and incentives which can further enhance overall compensation packages. Therefore, the $15 hourly rate may struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates in the current labor market.
