Job Title: CAREGivers Needed

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Romeo, MI

Pay: $14.5 – 16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.50 to $16.50 for the “CAREGivers Needed” role in Romeo, MI, appears to be relatively competitive but somewhat below the average pay for similar positions in the area. According to industry standards, particularly in caregiving and home health aide roles, pay typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While the offered rate may appeal to entry-level candidates, seasoned caregivers or those with specialized skills might seek higher compensation, suggesting that while the pay is within an acceptable range, it could be adjusted to attract more experienced professionals.

Job description:

At Home Instead, we recognize the importance of supporting our aging population, and we invite you to join our team as we provide essential services that ensure seniors remain safe, comfortable, and at home.
